Welcome to DAL Plans & Home Designs (“DAL Plans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Services

DAL Plans & Home Designs provides digital architectural plan files, including but not limited to house plans, ADU plans, garage plans, and related design documents. All products are delivered electronically in digital format (PDF and/or CAD, as applicable).

2. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a plan from DAL Plans, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plans for residential construction as specified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description:

Plans may be used to construct residential structures.

Plans may be printed and shared with your builder, contractor, engineer, or local permitting authorities as required for construction.

Plans may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or used for commercial reproduction.

All plans remain the intellectual property of DAL Plans & Home Designs.

3. Modifications

Minor modifications to plans may be made by your builder, engineer, or designer to meet local codes, site conditions, or personal preferences. Structural or code-required changes may require review or additional services at the customer’s expense.

4. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically. Once files are delivered or made available for download, the order is considered fulfilled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

The correct plan is selected prior to purchase

Email addresses and contact information are accurate

Files are downloaded and saved upon delivery

5. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital files and protected by copyright, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been processed and files have been delivered or made available for download. This policy exists to prevent unauthorized copying, distribution, or reuse of copyrighted materials.

Exceptions may be made solely for duplicate charges or verified technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved.

6. Accuracy of Information

While our plans are designed to be build-ready, they are intended as a starting point for construction documents. Local jurisdictions may require additional drawings, engineering, energy calculations, or site-specific information.

DAL Plans does not guarantee approval by any specific building department or authority having jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

DAL Plans & Home Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our plans, including but not limited to construction costs, delays, or permitting issues.

All plans are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute plans

Share plans publicly or online

Use plans for commercial reproduction without written permission

Claim authorship or ownership of the plans

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
