All house plans, drawings, renderings, specifications, images, text, and other content offered on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of DAL Plans LLC (“DAL Plans”) and are protected under United States copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, sale, transfer, or reuse of any house plan, image, or related material—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of federal copyright law. Copyright infringement may subject the violator to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per offense, plus attorney’s fees and costs.

The purchase of any plan from DAL Plans LLC grants the buyer a limited license to use the plans in accordance with the license terms included with the purchase. Ownership of the plans or underlying design is not transferred.

Use of Plans & Reproduction Restrictions

Plans purchased from DAL Plans LLC are intended for residential construction use only, as defined by the license selected at checkout. Even when reproducible sets or CAD files are provided, this does not grant permission to build more than the number of structures allowed under the selected license, nor does it permit resale, redistribution, or reuse of the plans for other projects.

Any customization, modification, or engineering performed by a third party does not negate DAL Plans LLC’s copyright ownership of the original design.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, unless otherwise stated, is © 2026 DAL Plans LLC. Content may not be reproduced, republished, stored, transmitted, or distributed in any form without express written consent from DAL Plans LLC.

Permission is granted to download and view website content solely for personal, non-commercial evaluation purposes, and to create hyperlinks to the DAL Plans homepage. No other use is permitted.

Pricing, plan availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occur. DAL Plans LLC reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or revise orders affected by such errors prior to final confirmation.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All construction plans and related materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Renderings, photos, and illustrations shown on the website are artistic representations and may differ from final construction documents or finished homes due to modifications, materials, or site conditions.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that the plans comply with local building codes, zoning requirements, permitting regulations, and site-specific conditions, including but not limited to soil conditions, wind zones, seismic zones, snow loads, energy codes, and other regional requirements. Engineering, if required, must be obtained locally.

In no event shall DAL Plans LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages, including loss of profits, construction delays, or business interruption, arising from the use of any plans or services provided. Any liability, if imposed, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the plan.

Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once an order has been fulfilled or delivered.

DAL Plans LLC house plans are delivered as digital files (PDF and/or CAD). Once these files are sent or made available for download, they can be copied, reproduced, printed, or used, making it impossible to ensure the return or non-use of the intellectual property. For this reason, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered after delivery.

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all plan details, specifications, dimensions, and license options prior to purchasing. If you have questions about a plan before ordering, please contact DAL Plans—we are happy to assist before purchase.
